Vianessa Castaños is a professional actress who is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and encouraging others to do the same. This site focuses on all things fitness, beauty and also her work in the entertainment industry.
Born in Methuen, Massachusetts, Vianessa was raised between her family’s native city of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and New England, Pennsylvania and Florida. She now resides in Los Angeles where she works in film and television, and competes in NPC Bikini competitions.
Her greatest achievement however, was helping co-found and establish Theta Nu Xi Multicultural Sorority Inc. at The Florida State University; the first multicultural sorority at FSU and in the entire state of Florida.
